We hope you, your family and friends are staying safe and healthy. As of May 2020, Covid-19 has put live parties on hold. We look forward to offering you London’s most unique children’s magic show again as the lockdown eases. Going forward, plans for each event will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to the latest government guidelines. Below, see our clients’ FAQs on the subject.
While live events are not allowed at the time of publishing (May 2020), here are some guidelines as we look forward to restrictions being eased and parties hopefully resuming later in the year.
1. What if Covid-19 resurges after I book my show?
If your event date must change due to Covid-19 health and safety concerns, you may postpone or cancel without penalty. A full refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
2. How can I make my party safer?
When you provide clear information to parents, everyone will be able to enjoy themselves while taking necessary precautions. Plan your party according to the latest government advice and by consulting your school or nursery. Recommend safe protocol to parents both before and during the event. Hosts should follow current government advice on room density, social distancing and mask use. Please also provide ample hand sanitiser, soap and paper towels and ensure these measures are made use of during the event.
3. Is your show compliant with healthy and safety recommendations?
The performer will ensure he washes and sanitises his hands at regular intervals both before and after the performances. He also will make repertoire choices to respect current distancing guidance and sanitise any props in use. All decisions will be based on current government guidelines and scientific advice.
